This policy explains refunds for Menuz subscription or service fees.
Beta access
During beta, access may be provided without charge. If no fee is paid, no refund applies.
Paid plans
If a paid plan is active, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Refunds are evaluated based on usage and service availability.
Non-refundable items
Transaction processing fees or third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
